My first evidenced contact with Britain’s Counter Terrorism Command, SO15

SO15 is a specialist operations branch within London's Metropolitan police service.  

After considerable effort I was finally given an email address for SO15. I immediately submitted this photograph as evidence of my having met with al Qaeda members in Yemen in 1997:

The photo was taken on 25 September 1997 in Taiz, Yemen and I now beleive Youssef is the brother of Yemeni Ramzi bin al Shibh, an al Qaeda member and currently detailed in the US Guantanamo Bay military prison.

Based on shared nationalities, shared al Qaeda contacts and four-facial recognition apps matching their faces, I now believe Youssef is Ramzi bin al-Shibh’s brother. Ramzi is currently a long term detainee in the US Guantanamo Bay military prison facility.
