Prove Me Wrong

Since 2015 I’ve been making a wild claim that I unwittingly met wanted terrorist Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in 1997 Yemen. I say that happened after I'd talked about a hijacked plane being used as a missile to attack the World Trade Center (details). I claim I was introduced to KSM by my customer in Yemen, the Hayel Saeed Anam Group (now based in Dubai). Their managing director Saeed Alrobaidi confirmed the 9/11 warning I’d given his Pakistani employees before making that introduction. The implications of my claims frame Saeed Alrobaidi and the Hayel Saeed Anam Group as KSM’s coconspirators in the 9/11 attacks. My accusations couldn’t be more serious but dismissing my allegations should be very easy for the HSA Group: all they have to do is correct my identification of the people they introduced me to. The maps and photos show the HSA Group HQ in Taiz, its proximity to Al Qaidah town (that I also visited) and the people I was introduced to.

Unfortunately I threw my original photo prints and the negatives away in 2006, keeping just the contact sheet and one clear print. But I think it is still possible to identify everyone in the main group photo. There’s Mohamed, who I think is HSA general manager Mohamed A. Salem (the US embassy’s contact for the supply of TNT chemicals in August 1996). There’s Saeed Alrobaidi, HSA’s managing director who KSM’s terrorist cell called the Chief. That’s me in the center, Anthony C Heaford. Next to me was The Engineer (wearing platform shoes) who I think was Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. And last the mechanic Dino, who I think is Ahmed al-Darbi (Al Qaeda's Saudi mechanic in 1990s Yemen):
Despite the gravity and duration (since 2015) of my allegations, and my efforts to contact them directly, the Hayel Saeed Anam Group has not publicly denied my allegations. They have tried to silence me with legal action via Germany but thankfully that failed. I now challenge the Hayel Saeed Anam Group to clarify the identity of their general manager, managing director, engineer and mechanic who were in the main group photo shown above, taken inside HSA's Taiz headquarters at PO Box 5302 on 26 September 1997.
There are two other individuals from my visit to HSA’s HQ who need identifying: my dinner companion Yousef and my security contact. They were both contacts Saeed Alrobaidi gave me after he’d confirmed my 9/11 warning:
  • The photo of Yousef and me is the only original print I kept; facial recognition software matches Yousef to 9/11 accused Ramzi bin al-Shibh, a Yemeni national. I think Yousef and al-Shibh are related, brothers or cousins. Confirming Yousef’s identity is something the HSA Group could do and something the 9/11 Military Commission should do.
  • I noted my security contact’s name and number as Shawki Alariki – 9674 216 301. Shawki was my misspelling of Sharqawi and Alariki is Arabic for ‘caring leader’, my contact’s job description. Al Qaeda had a local ‘fixer’ in 1997 Taiz called Abdu Ali Sharqawi; I think they're the same person. Again the HSA Group could and the 9/11 Military Commission should identify my security contact as a priority – to either confirm or dismiss my wild claims.
